摘要
采用碳酸钙改性紫外光固化水性木器涂料(UVWC),对UVWC力学和光学性能的影响进行研究,并对其在涂料中的作用机理进行了探讨。结果表明,当CaCO3/UVWC的质量比在1∶30~1∶10,干燥时间20 min,UV灯1盏,UVWC具有良好的硬度、附着力和冲击强度,但是当CaCO3/UVWC的质量比高于1∶10时涂层的硬度反而下降。光泽度结果表明,UVWC的光泽度值随CaCO3含量的升高而下降。当CaCO3/UVWC的质量比为1∶30~1∶10时,制得的UVWC能在保持较佳力学性能的同时具有亚光光泽度。
Waterborne ultraviolet curable wood coating (UVWC) was modified with calcium carbonate (CaCO3 ). The in- fluence of the modification on mechanical and optical properties of UVWC was tested and discussed. The results showed that UVWC exhibited good hardness, adhesion and impact strength when the system was cured using one lamp for 20 min and the mass ratio of CaCO3 to UVWC was 1: 30-1: 10. The coating hardness decreased when the mass ratio of CaCO3 to UVWC was higher than 1 : 10. The gloss test showed that the gloss of UVWC decreased with the rise of CaCO3 content. When the mass ratio of CaCO3 to UVWC was 1: 30-1: 10. the UVWC showed good mechanical oroperties and matt finish.
