不同年龄油茶采穗圃接穗对嫁接育苗的影响

Effects on growth and roots system development of grafts by the scion ages in hedges of Camellia oleifera

对营建2、4和5 a采穗圃的穗条进行嫁接育苗试验,结果表明:随着采穗圃营建时间的增加,根梢生长表现出一定的下降趋势;采穗圃营建时间对‘长林4号’受影响较大,差异较为显著;‘长林40号’影响较小,差异不显著;‘长林53号’对地上部分影响较为显著。因此在生产中,应针对采穗圃采取一些措施,稳定穗条质量,促进苗木生长。

The rasing grafting plant was carried out by using scions from 2, 4 and 5 years old orchard. The resuhd showed that the growth of the root and shoot exhibited a little downward trend with the increasing of the scion ages. Among 3 culti-vars, ‘ Changlin 4＇ was affected significantly by scion ages while ‘ Changlin 40＇ was not affected significantly, and also, ‘ Changlin 53＇ was affected significantly only on shoot. Therefore, it was necessary to take some measures to keep stable quality of the scions and improve the growth of grafting plant.
