摘要
设计数控曲轴圆角滚压机床,该机床采用滚压的方法对发动机曲轴主轴颈、连杆颈的底切圆角进行滚压,在曲轴疲劳强度敏感圆角区域内,形成局部压应力场,从而提高曲轴的疲劳强度及使用寿命。同时,该机床具有校直功能,可改善曲轴的弯曲变形。
A CNC crankshaft comer rolling machine was designed. Using the machine, the bottom comers of main journal and connecting bar neck of crankshafts were rolled, in the comer area that the fatigue strength of crankshafts was obvious, the part extrusion stress filed was made, so the fatigue strength and using life of the crankshafts were improved. At the same time, the machine had straightening function, it could be used to improve the curve transformation of crankshafts.
