摘要
综合运用气液复合传动、肘杆增力以及液压同步回路等对传统的液压同步剪板机传动结构进行创新设计。介绍了总体传动结构的基本工作原理,并详细阐述了双活塞气液复合传动、三角肘杆增力机构以及理论零误差同步回路的性能优势。该设计相较传统的剪板机传动结构具有环境污染小、工作效率高等众多优势,特别适用于现代快速绿色制造领域。
Innovative design for traditional hydraulic synchronous shearing-machine transmission structure was focused on, inte- grated use of gas-liquid composite transmission, toggle-force-amplifier, and hydraulic synchronization loop transmission mechanism. The basic operating principle of the overall transmission structure was introduced. The performance advantages of the double-piston gas- liquid composite transmission, toggle-force-amplifier and theoretical zero error synchronization loop were elaborated. This design has a number of performance advantages compared to conventional sheafing-machine transmission structure, including higher efficiency, less environmental pollution, which is especially suitable for the modern fast green manufacturing.
