摘要 机械加工中,小型精密复杂零件的加工,对尺寸精度、粗糙度、形位公差及特种技术条件等要求十分严格。如何合理地设计加工工艺,正确处理好各面、孔和槽的相互关系,保证加工质量十分关键。现以精密数码产品中的零件为例,对其加工工艺进行设计,为小型精密复杂类零件的工艺设计提供参考。 In mechanical processing, the dimension precision, roughness, form and position tolerances, special technology conditions for small precision complex parts processing are very strict. How to design reasonable processing technology, correct deal- ing with the relationship among surfaces, holes and slots, are very important to ensure processing quality. Taking part of precision digital products as an example, its processing technology was designed. It provides reference for process design of small precision complex parts.
