摘要
针对大型车载平台的高精度调平控制要求,采用三点支撑液压调平原理和通断电液控制技术,推导出调平时液压缸能保持稳定运行的最大运动速度,在保证平台精度和调平速度的同时简化了系统的控制策略,实现了大型车载平台的自动调平。
In allusion to the large vehicle platform requirements for high-precision leveling control, using three-point support hy- draulic leveling principle and on-off electro-hydraulic control technology, the maximum speed that hydraulic cylinder could maintain stable operation was deduced, the platform leveling precision and leveling speed were ensured and the system control strategy was sim- plified. So the large vehicle platform automatic leveling is achieved.
