摘要
液压飞剪系统是拉拔机生产线的关键设备。介绍了液压飞剪系统的组成,分别从控制和液压系统两方面分析高速液压飞剪存在的问题,并对液压飞剪系统进行优化以满足高速工况的要求。应用结果表明,该控制系统较好满足了高速、高精度和高稳定性的实际生产要求。
Hydraulic flying-shear is the key equipment of drawing machine production line. Components of hydraulic flying-shear were introduced. Problems existing in high-speed hydraulic flying-shear process were analyzed from control and hydraulic system re- spectively. The hydraulic flying-shear system was optimized to satisfy requirements of high-speed working condition. Application result displays the control system satisfys actual production requirements of high-speed, high-precision and high-stability.
