摘要 针对矿井目前严峻的安全生产形势,设计一种利用单片机和TC35i无线通信模块控制井下环境参数远程传输的监测系统。该系统把矿井井下环境中的温度、压力、气体(主要是甲烷)浓度信息通过GSM无线通信模块传到总控制室,地面监控人员可以通过接收到的信息了解井下作业环境,这样不但可以直观地监视和记录井下环境的安全生产情况,也能为事后事故原因的分析提供相关的资料。 Aiming at the mine serious production safety situation at present, a kind of monitoring system was designed. In this system, MCU and TC35i wireless communication module were used to control the remote transmission of the underground environment parameters. Using the system, measured temperature, pressure, gas ( mainly methane) concentration were transmitted to the main con- trol room through GSM wireless communication module. The ground control personnel could understand the underground work environ- ment through the received information. Not only the production safety of the underground environment can be visually monitored and re- corded, but also relevant information can be provided after accident.
