摘要 为提高存储测试过程中的数据采集速率,增大存储容量,设计了一种基于FPGA的高速数据采集存储系统。该系统选用高性能FPGA作为控制核心,结合高速AD转换芯片和大容量FLASH存储器完成数据的采集与存储;对AD逻辑控制、缓存模块等关键技术进行了详细介绍。试验结果表明,该系统最高采样率可达1.7 MS/s,能够很好地实现数据采集与数据存储功能,运行效果良好。 In order to increase data acquisition rate and the storage capacity in the test process of storage measurement, the high speed acquisition and storage system based on FPGA is designed. The designed system uses high-performance FPGA as the control core. The large-capacity flash memory and high-speed programmable AD converter are also used in the system to complete data acquisition and storage. Key technologies such as the control of AD logic and FIFO buffer module are introduced in detail. The experiment results show that the highest sampling rate of the system can be 1.7 Msps. The system can perform the function of data acquisition and storage well.
