摘要
传统的CAN、LIN等车载总线不能满足对可靠性和速度要求较高的控制系统。为了能实现高速可靠的FlexRay总线通信,文章提出了一种FlexRay总线数据通信的实现方案,并且根据该方案设计了一个具体FlexFay车载总线网络,将其应用于线控刹车和线控转向系统中。实验结果显示无论在高速性还是在可靠性方面该方案都表现出很好的性能,可以预见文中提出的FlexRay总线数据通信的方案还可以应用于其他类似于线控悬挂等的线控系统中。
The traditional bus in vehicle, like CAN and LIN, can' t meet the requirements of reliability and high speed of some control systems. In order to realize the reliable and high speed FlexRay bus communication, this paper puts forward an implementation scheme for data communication based on FlexRay bus, and designs a specific Brake-By- Wire and Steer-by-Wire system based on the scheme. The experimental results show that the scheme has good performance in high speed and reliability. It can be predicted that the implementation scheme of FlexRay bus communication also can be applied in other X-By-Wire systems like suspension-by-wire and so on.
