摘要 以STC12C5A32S2为核心,以MOS场效应管做恒流源的调整管,实现了一种数控恒流源,从系统方案分析入手,讨论了整个系统的硬件电路设计和软件实现,并给出合理地解决方案。为了提高恒流源的精度及稳定性,电路采用闭环反馈控制。测试结果表明,该系统性能稳定,控制精度高。 With STC12C5A32S2 as the core, the MOS field effect tube as the adjustment device of the constant current source, a numerical controlled constant current source is designed. Starting from the system scheme analysis, the hardware circuit and the software program of the whole system are discussed. And a reasonable solution is given. In order to improve the precision and stability, a closed loop feedback control is used. The test results indicate that the system has a stable performance and high control precision.
