摘要 为减小某赛车转向时前轮的磨损,利用ADAMS/CAR软件,建立了某FSC赛车前悬架和转向系统的多体动力学模型,并进行了前轮同向跳动仿真和转向仿真.借助于ADAMS/INSIGHT,选取设计变量,设置约束条件,建立目标函数,对双横臂独立悬架的断开式转向梯形机构的断开点位置进行了优化设计后,再次进行双轮同向跳动和转向仿真分析.仿真结果表明,优化后的车轮前束角随车轮上下跳动的变化量明显减小,转向特性曲线更加接近理想转向特性曲线,减少了转向时的前轮磨损. In order to reduce a FSC racing car^s front wheels wear while turning, the car's front suspension and steering model is established in ADAMS/CAR in the paper. The kinematics simulations have been done by using parallel wheel travel analysis and steering analysis. By selecting the decision variables, setting the constraints, building the objective function, the optimal design is done for racing car^s splitting point of steering mechanism in ADAMS/INSIGHT. The kinematics simulations have been done again. The simulations results show that the changes of front wheels toe angle are reduced significantly, and the steering characteristic curve are much more approach to the ideal Ackerman steering characteristic curve after optimization. The wear of front wheels is reduced while turning.
