摘要
地面沉降是发生在平原地区城市的最主要地质灾害之一,北京平原区是我国目前地面沉降发育严重的地区之一。文章首先概述北京平原区地面沉降发展现状及其主要影响因素;结合北京规划新城发展布局,按照灾害严重区、较严重区、一般区和轻微区四级标准对各规划新城进行地面沉降危险性分区评价;综合分析地面沉降与规划新城建设相互影响关系:地面沉降灾害对新城建设造成一定破坏和潜在威胁,而规划新城建设也将促使局部地区地面沉降灾害进一步发展。在上述基础上提出规划新城建设过程中应加强监测、减少地下水开采、科学规划、合理避让等工作建议。
Land subsidence is the main geological disaster in the plain region. The plain area of Beijing is one of the areas with serious land subsidence. This paper first introduces the current situation of land subsidence and its main influencing factors. Then, in combination with the development layout of planned new cities of Beijing, the paper conducts land subsidence risk assessment for each planned new city according to the four-level standard of seismic area, serious area, general area, and minor area. The paper further analyzes the interactive relationship between land subsidence and new city construction: on the one hand, land subsidence can cause certain destruction and potential threat to the construction of new city; on the other hand, the new city construction can result in the further development of land subsidence in certain areas. In the end, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the construction of new city, such as strengthening the monitoring process, reducing groundwater exploitation, conducting scientific planning, making reasonable avoidance, etc.
