摘要
民族地区法制现代化是民族地区的法制从传统走向现代的过程,是一次从价值观念、法律观念到伦理观念的更新和重塑。实践中,诸多因素制约着民族地区法制现代化的进程和实现,分析这些制约因素,并提出科学合理可行的措施是应有之义。
Legal system modernization in ethic area is a process in which law changes from tradition to moderni-zation, it is updating and remodeling the concept of value, law and ethic. But in practice, many factors con- strain the process of legal modernization implementation, analyzing these constraints and make scientific and reasonable measures are necessary things we should do.
