摘要
应用HACH-01型多功能加热器及随该仪器的HACH试样消解反应管,在125℃下加热30 min完成消解。此方法使用的消解反应管具螺旋口盖,密封简单、快速、可靠,并且该加热器加热到要求温度所花费的时间比医用灭菌器短,因而整个分析过程时间大大缩短,操作过程简单安全,准确度和精密度均达到或超过国家标准方法。
HACH-01 multi-functional heater and its appendix of HACH sample digestion tube were used to complete digestion under 125℃ in 30 minutes. The digestion tube with screw cap was sealed simply, fast and reliably. The time spent on the heater heating to the required temperature was shorter than medical sterilizer. Therefore, the analysis time of whole process was greatly shortened, the operation process was simple and safe, the accuracy and the precision could reach or exceed the national standard method.
