摘要
介绍一种应用Simulink及高性价比的ADAM4000模块实现简易半实物仿真系统实施方案。基于Simulink的纯数字仿真难于精确模拟实际被控对象,而半实物仿真可将控制对象纳入系统,从而获得更真实的控制效果。本方案采用ADAM模块构成过程接口,使用Simulink的串行通讯模块及ADAM模块的Advantech ASCII协议构成通讯接口,使得Simulink控制器可直接控制真实的被控对象。本方案可为各种控制算法的研究和验证提供一个良好的实验平台,满足控制器设计灵活性和快速性需要。
An implementation of tile simple hardware-in-the-loop simulation system based on Simulink and eost-elt"eetive ADAM4000 modules was presented. Purely digital simulation based on Simulink was often difficult to accurately sinmlate Ihe real conh'olled objec[, but the hardware-in-the-loop simulation wouht get a more realistic control ef'l'evts by introdm'ing the actual objec| into |he system. Using Ihe ADAM modules as field interface, the scheme achieved conw'nienl communieatima belween Simulink and ADAM modules by the serial communicalion module of Simulink aml ADAM Advantech ASCII protocol, thus it makes the Simulink controller ean directly control the real controlled djeit. This article wouhl provide a good experimental platflmu for research and wdidation of the vontrol algorithms, and Io meet the need of flexibility and rapidity for the controller design.
