锁定加压钢板外固定联合置管冲洗负压引流治疗胫骨骨折术后感染 被引量：3

摘要 目的 探讨锁定加压钢板（LCP）外固定联合置管冲洗负压引流治疗胫骨骨折术后感染的疗效.方法 对6例胫骨骨折内固定术后感染的患者（A1型4例,A2型2例）均采用LCP外固定联合置管冲洗负压引流治疗.结果 6 例患者均获16～20个月的随访,患肢伤口感染获得彻底控制,骨折均获得骨性愈合,平均愈合时间为6.3个月.术后6个月膝关节平均屈曲105.6°.术后1年膝关节HSS评分平均为88.2分.1例患者出现钉道感染,给予加强针道护理、口服抗生素等对症治疗后感染控制.结论 LCP外固定联合置管冲洗负压引流治疗胫骨骨折术后感染,能有效地控制感染、稳定固定骨折,最大限度地恢复膝关节功能,是一种治疗胫骨感染性骨折的新式且有效的外固定方法.
