高校创业孵化平台下创业团队培育研究

On Nurturing Entrepreneurial Teams on Colleges and Universities' Business Incubation Platforms

高校创业孵化平台在推进创业教育实践、营造良好的校园创业氛围方面作了有益的尝试和探索,但仍存在问题及不足。应从"顶层设计"方面着手,做好创业团队的筛选评估入孵,强化创业团队的跟踪管理,优化创业资源体系配置,注入实践性创业训练项目,逐步完善创业孵化平台建设。

China's colleges and universities have made salutary experiments and exploration in creating business incubation platforms to promote entrepreneurship educational practice and foster a good campus entrepreneurial atmosphere,but there still exist some problems and shortcomings. It should be started from'top- level design'. The team members should be selected,follow- up management of the business teams should be strengthened,the resources allocation system should be optimized,and practical entrepreneurship training programs should be introduced so as to gradually perfect the business incubation platforms.
