摘要
以某铝型材厂的含铝污泥为原料,采用盐酸酸溶法回收污泥中的铝.研究了盐酸用量、反应温度、反应时间、陈化时间对污泥中铝溶出的影响规律,结果表明:温度75—80℃,用12mL(1+21盐酸溶解20.000g污泥25min,陈化80min,铝溶出率为94%-96%.
Aluminum recovery experiments are made by using sludge from an alumihum pTant as raw materials and adopting the hydrochloric acid reeovery method. The effects of hydrochloric acid amount used, reaction temperature, reaction time and aging time on aluminum dissolution are studied. The results show that aluminum dissolution rate reaches 94% - 96% when 20.000 g sludge is dissolved by 12 mL (1+2) hydrochloric acid at 75-80 ℃ for 25 rain and then aged for 80 min.
