摘要
对韶钢120 t转炉OG除尘系统水处理异常状况进行了分析与现场调查,在除尘方法中调整添加剂使用量以降低水的高钙硬度值,从而降低设备故障率,增加煤气回收量,减少非计划停产,实现环保节能增效减排.
Analysis and site investigation were made for the abnormal situation at the water treatment plant for the OG de- dusting system of 120 t converters. The additive amount for dedusting has been adjusted to reduce the high calcium hard- ness value in water, so as to reduce equipment failure rate, increase the recycling of gas, reduce the unplanned production, and achieve the environmental protection and energy saving efficiency and emissions reduction.
