摘要
为提高烟碱的提取率,减少有机溶剂的消耗量,降低提取过程危险性,采用减压内部沸腾法提取了烤烟中的烟碱。实验结果表明,在解吸剂乙醇浓度为70%,提取剂水用量为15 mL·g-1,提取温度为50℃及操作压强为0.019 MPa时,内部沸腾过程在4 min完成,烟碱提取率为1.15%。与乙醇回流法比较,减压内部沸腾法提取温度低30℃、乙醇溶剂用量减少80%,提取过程危险性大大降低;与水煎煮法比较,减压内部沸腾法温度低50℃,提取率升高0.2%,提取后烟草残渣形貌和颜色与原烟草粉末差别不大,可作为工艺添加原料。
Decompressing inner ebullition method was used to extract nicotine from tobacco to improve extraction yield, reduce organic solvent consumption and operation risks. Experiment results showed that extraction yield of nicotine was 1.15% with 70% ethanol followed by 4-minutes extraction with a 15-fold volume of 50℃ water under 0.019 MPa pressure. The method reduced extraction temperaOare by 30℃ , ethanol consmnption by 80% compared with tradition ethanol refluxing extraction method, reduced extraction temperature by 50℃, increased nicotine yield by 0.2% compared with water extraction method. More importantly, tobacco residue can be used as accessory material as their morphology and color were close to original tobacco powder after extraction.
