摘要 分析了精益生产与六西格玛管理的优缺点,以及精益六西格玛在工业生产管理中的优势,介绍了精益六西格玛的实施步骤。以某卷烟厂降低PASSIM卷烟机生产过程中的电耗为例,说明了精益六西格玛在企业中的实施方法。 Advantages and disadvantages of lean production and six sigma management were analyzed and its application in tobacco industry was explored. Three key points in implementing lean six sigma in tobacco industry were identified. Suggestions in implementing lean six sigma to improve performance efficiency and enhance market competitiveness were proposed.
