摘要 某电厂汽轮发电机组于2007年投产,A级检修1次,B级检修2次,C级检修5次,检修后发现汽轮机热耗率高、高中压缸效率低、发电煤耗高等问题,为提高机组运行经济性,对汽轮机汽封进行整体改造,通过性能试验验证,改造后的汽轮机内效率提高,热耗率降低,机组经济性提高. A turbo-generator that went into operation in 2007 has experienced class A repair one time, class B repair 2 times, and class C repair 5 times. The problems that steam turbine heat consumption rate is high, the efficiency of high and medium pressure cylinder is low, and the power generation coal consumption is high are found after the previous repairs. In order to improve the running efficiency of the Unit, the overall renovation to the gland sealing of the steam turbine is done. Through the performance test, the economical efficiency of the Unit is proved to increase because the internal efficiency of turbine increases and the heat consumotion rate reduces after the renovatlcm
