摘要
目的探讨自由基清除剂联合亚低温治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将急性脑梗死患者132例随机分为联合治疗组、自由基清除剂组、亚低温组3组,联合治疗组在常规治疗基础上联合使用自由基清除剂和亚低温;自由基清除剂组在常规治疗基础上使用自由基清除剂治疗;亚低温组在常规治疗基础上使用亚低温治疗。比较3组疗效。结果与后2组相比,联合治疗组有效率更高,NDS和血乳酸水平明显降低,治疗后脑梗死面积缩小范围也明显比其他2组突出,且明显降低了并发症的发生率(P<0.01)。结论自由基清除剂与亚低温联合治疗急性脑梗死疗效更佳,并发症发生率低,更适合临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of free radical scavenger combined with mild hypothermia in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 132 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into combined treatment group, free radical scavenger group and mild hypothermia group. In the combined treatment group therapy combined with free radical scavengers and mild hypothermia therapy. The free radical scavenger group were treated with free radical scaven- gers. The Mild hypothermia group were treated with mild hypothermia. The curative effect of the three groups were com- pared. Results Compared with the following two groups, the combined treatment group was higher in the effective rate of the treatment. The levels of NDS and blood lactic acid decreased obviously. The cerebral infarction area reduction rate was signifi- cantly better and the complication rate was lower. Conclusion In the treatment of acute cerebral infarction , free radical scaven- gers combined with mild hypothermia has higher efficiency, better efficacy, fewer complications. It is worthy of clinical use.
