结果与健康志愿者比较,飞行员的左侧椎动脉(颅内段)Vm(34.77±8.40,32.60±6.20;P=0.038)降低。
Objective To analyze the cerebral hemodynamics characteristics of pilots to provide the physiological basis for physical examination. Methods total of 99 pilots and 99 healthy volunteer were divided into 2 groups. The Doppler probe was used to detect the cerebral hemodynamics parameters including blood flow velocity, ulsatility index and resistance index of the intracranial arteries. Results The average blood flow velocities of left vertebral arteries were decreased in pilots compared with the healthy voulteers (P=0. 038). Conclusion The decreased average blood flow velocities of vertebral arteries may lead to the low perfusion of the posterior circulation, which may cause the symptom of dizziness. So it is the threat to flight safety. We should pay attention to the examination of vertebral arteries in physical examination for pilots.
