弥散张量成像评估亚低温治疗弥漫性轴索损伤临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的应用弥散张量成像评估亚低温治疗弥散性轴索损伤的效果。方法选择2010-10—2012-12因颅脑受伤,诊断为弥散性轴索损伤患者69例,随机分为亚低温治疗组和普通治疗组,并于入院当天(治疗前)、2个月后分别复查头颅DTI影像,并统计2个月后患者的GOS评分。结果亚低温治疗组患者2个月后复测FA值较对照组改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,对比2组患者GOS评分,亚低温组疗效优于常规治疗组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磁共振弥散张量成像可清晰显示损伤的神经轴索,并进行定量研究分析,为弥散性轴索损伤患者的临床诊断及治疗提供有价值的信息。
