摘要
车架是微型客车的主要部件,其动态特性及静刚度对整车性能有着重要的影响。通过建立某微型客车车架的有限元模型,对车架进行自由模态计算和弯扭刚度分析,验证该车架是否满足设计及工程要求,并对车架结构的进一步设计开发提供指导和依据。
The vehicle frame is the main component of a mini-bus. The dynamic characteristic and static stiffness of the frame has a significant impact on the vehicle performance. This paper sets up the finite element model of the vehicle frame for normal modes and bending and torsional stiffness analysis, to verify that the vehicle frame can satisfy the design and engineering requirements or not. to provide guidance for optimization design of the vehicle frame structure.
