摘要
在高炮自动机的设计阶段,零件的结构要经常修改,使得应用虚拟样机技术对自动机进行动力学分析时往往需要对样机进行反复的修改甚至重建。因此,在对自动机的结构及原理进行研究分析的基础上,应用ADAMS的二次开发技术,针对某高炮自动机开发了动力学分析平台,有效提高了仿真效率和仿真精度,为其他机构的动力学分析提供了参考。
During the period of designing the automatic mechanism of an antiaircraft gun, the virtual model of automatic mechanism often need to be modified or rebuilt because of the modification of part structure in the dynamic analysis of the automatic mechanism with the virtual prototype technology. So a dynamic simulation platform based on the secondary development technology of ADAMS/ View was developed after the study on the structure and theory of the automatic mechanism. It is effective to improve the simulation efficiency and precision, and it provides some reference for the dynamics analysis of other mechanisms.
