摘要
为满足高功率密度(HPD)发动机发展的需要,设计了一种薄壁大冷却油腔钢结构活塞,利用ANSYS的参数化设计语言APDL对该活塞进行参数化几何建模、加载以及温度场求解,并计算分析新型柴油机钢活塞结构对活塞温度场的影响,为活塞产品的系列优化设计提供了参考。
In order to meet the requirement of the development of high power density engine, a new type of steel structure piston was designed in this paper. ANSYS Parametric Design Language was used to construct the parametric geometric model, to impose the loads and to get the solution of thermal field. The influence of structure size was also discussed. The solution is of great value to the optimum design of piston product series.
