摘要
通过建立全地形车车架的有限元模型,运用有限元分析的方法,采用合理的模型简化,对全地形车车架的弯曲刚度、侧向刚度和扭转刚度进行了力学分析,应力云图给出其薄弱部位;对车架提出了合理的改进意见,以保证全地形车车架具有足够的刚度。为全地形车车架结构的改进和优化提供了参考。
In this paper, the finite element model of a ATV frame, which used a new connect analog mode. was established by finite element analysis (FEA) method. Its bending, torsion and lateral stiffness were calculated on full loading condition, and the weak places were found, some methods to improve these were listed, and the results of stress, strain and deformation presented references for the frame optimization design.
