摘要
固有频率和振型是承受动态载荷结构设计中的重要参考指标,模态分析可以确定一个结构的固有频率和振型。基于SolidWorks对四辊轧机进行三维建模,采用无缝连接的技术,利用绘图软件SolidWorks和有限元分析软件Workbenchd的专用接口,将SolidWorks建好的三维实体模型导入到Workbench界面中,有效地避免了数据的丢失,求出了350四辊轧机装配体模态的固有特性。
Natural frequency and vibration shape are the important reference indexes in the design of structure bearing dynamic load, modal analysis can determine the natural frequency and vibration shape. The 3D model of a 4-high rolling mill was set up by use of SolidWorks. then the model was imported into Workbench by the special interface between SolidWorks and Workbench. And the inherent specialty of the assembly of 350 4-hi rolling mill was obtained.
