摘要
以XJ350修井机用JJ135/33井架为例,分析其结构特点,采用有限元分析软件对该井架进行静强度分析。主要对3种工况进行了有限元静力分析,即最大钩载工况、非预期工况和预期工况。得出在给定载荷作用时的应力和位移。通过结构静态分析,获知井架的应力集中部位,对井架各部分的结构进行优化,对井架上体缩口角度、井架上体与天车接合段以及井架材料及型材的选择方面进行了优化分析。
Taking the JJ135/33 derrick for X j350 work-over rigs as example, the paper analyzed its structural characteristics, and carried out the static analysis by finite element software in different derrick status: operating, unexpected and expected, to get the stress and displacement. Through static analysis, the part of stress concentration in derrick was gotten. The structural optimization was done from the following aspects: the taper angle of upper part, the connection between upper part and crown block, the profile and material of the derrick. Less materials will be required and its weight can be reduced by partial optimization to the derrick, which is beneficial to improve the reliability and economy of oil derrick.
