某生产车间布局和物料搬运系统分析与设计

Design of Workshop Layout and Material Handling System

通过对变压器生产车间布局及物流现状进行分析,画出了车间现场布局图以及车间物流距离图,并找出了其中存在的问题。根据问题并结合实际情况,对车间布局和物料搬运系统进行了改进设计,使其达到了减少物流倒流、搬运交叉,提高搬运效率、降低工作人员劳动强度和搬运成本的目的。

Existing problems are found out by analyzing the facility layout and logistics of one workshop, and the layout diagram and F-D chart were drawn. Based on the practice condition, the layout scheme of the workshop and material handling system were improved, to cut down the back flow and cross in logistics, to improve the working efficiency and the labor intensity.
