摘要
结合一无缝钢管油缸缸筒断裂的实例,从外观、材料化学成分、微观实验、宏观断口等方面进行了分析,阐述了45无缝钢管油缸缸筒断裂的原因及与其他零部件焊接时如何进行焊接质量的控制。
To the problem that a cylinder barrel made of seamless steel pipe breaks, this paper analyzes the fracture reason from the appearance, material chemical composition, microscopic structure and macro fracture. Then it presents the method of controlling the welding quality of welded parts.
