论述课堂教学语言艺术的重要意义、作用、特征及其要求，旨在进一步提高军校教员对课堂教学语言艺术的认识，自觉加强课堂教学语言艺术的修养，以取得课堂教学的最佳效果，全面提高课堂教学质量。

Aiming at improving the teaching language artistic quality of academy teachers, this paper elaborates the signifi- cance, function, traits and requirement of applying artistic quality for class teaching, which can further improve the teaching quality and achieve the optimal teaching effectiveness.
