GK型心脏瓣膜置换手术68例临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 沈阳军区总医院从2006年1月至2010年3月共应用93枚GK型心脏瓣膜对68例患者完成瓣膜置换手术，其中绝大多数患者都曾因为经济原因而拖延治疗时间或错过最佳治疗时间导致病变时间长、心脏以及全身其他器官受累较重，给手术操作和术后恢复带来一定难度，本组死亡3例，其他患者无严重并发症，治疗和恢复良好，现将治疗经验总结如下。
