摘要
介绍了开展矿山生态环境监察的内涵、特点,分析了矿山资源开发引起的环境问题,总结了河北省环境监察发展历程、矿山生态环境监察内容及取得的成果,存在的问题,提出了对策。
The connotation and features of the ecological environment supervision of the mines are introduced in this article. The environmental problems induced from the development of the mineral resources are analyzed. The author also reviews the development course of the environmental supervision in Hebei province, and its working contents and achievements. The countermeasures are proposed for the identified problems.
