摘要
建立工作场所空气中二乙二醇的气相色谱测定法。二乙二醇用活性炭采样管采集,丙酮溶液解析后进样,经毛细管色谱柱分离,氢焰离子化检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。该方法灵敏度高,精密度好,准确度好。
The gas chromatographic method is established for detecting the diethylene glycol in the air ot workplace. The diethylene glycol is collected by activated charcoal sampling tube. The sample is injected after being dissolved by the acetone solution. After the separation by the capillary chromatographic column and the detection by the hydrogen flame ionization detector, it could be qualified according to the retention time, and quantified by the peak area. The method has high sensitivity, good precision and accuracy.
