云计算时代的到来,以利用互联网、云计算等技术为支撑的数字出版进入云时代。高校期刊通过自建或公用云平台,摆脱传统出版模式对期刊传播时间的影响与制约,实现知识组织和数据挖掘,为读者和作者提供及时全面的服务。数字出版云平台建设,需要考虑解决思想观念、产业链、数字版权、数字内容监管、标准化和阅读方式等相关问题。

With the advent of the era of cloud computing, digital publishing has entered into the cloud era which depends on the Internet and cloud computing. University journals get rid of traditional publishing model of journal and restrict the influence of travel time through self-built or public cloud platform, thus realizing the knowledge organization and data mining, and providing timely and comprehensive service for readers and writers. With the construction of digital cloud platform, some problems such as ideological concept, industry chain, digital copyright, digital content regulation, standardization and reading mode need to be solved.
