循环肿瘤细胞:新的肺癌相关肿瘤标志物
摘要
循环肿瘤细胞（circulating tumor cell，CTC）计数与乳腺癌、大肠癌和前列腺癌的无进展生存期（progression free survival，PFS）和总生存期（overall survival，os）不佳相关。在肺癌治疗过程中，需要大量可以监测患者疾病进展的多功能肿瘤生物标志物。研究[1-2]发现，肺癌的主要治疗方法——手术治疗，可引起CTC的增加。这有可能造成不同的残留病灶，即使是在全肿瘤切除的成功病例中也是如此。在有关肺癌的CTC研究中，
