摘要
选择中层领导者为研究对象,利用SPSS统计软件进行多元层次回归分析,研究任务结构对领导者职业兴趣与领导绩效之间关系的影响。结果发现,任务结构对艺术取向、经营取向、研究取向与领导绩效之间的关系有调节作用。在任务结构高的情况下,艺术取向和经营取向与领导绩效显著正相关;在任务结构低的情况下,研究取向与领导绩效显著正相关,艺术取向与领导绩效显著负相关。
Taking middle-level leaders as research objects, this paper studies the impact of task structure on the relationship between vocational interest and leadership performance by making use of SPSS software to perform multiple hierarchical regression analysis. The result shows that task structure has a moderating effect on relations between artistic orientation, operational orientation, research orien- tation and leadership performance. When task structure is high, artistic orientation and operational off- entation are positively related with leadership performance significantly; when task structure is low, re- search orientation is positively related with leadership performance significantly, while artistic orienta- tion is negatively related with leadership performance significantly.
