Wandering Between the Spirit Summoned and Romantics Narrated——the Politics and the Way of Representing “Emotionalism” in the Xie Jin's Films

谢晋电影价值值得深入探讨。首先,通过对影片中个人化、家庭化叙事模式及"去国"主题的研究,揭示了谢晋与主流意识形态的关系及其电影政治表述方式,指出政治话语"情感化"是谢晋电影价值的核心;接着,文章以"反思三部曲"为重点,剖析谢晋电影中个人与历史的关系,论述"情感化"表述带给其电影的偏误和问题。

The article investigates the values of Xie Jin＇s films. Based on the research of narrative patterns, which are personalized-mode and family-mode, and the denationalized theme, the paper firstly surveys the relations between director＇s idelogy and dominant ideology, as well as the forms how the politics discourse to be represented in his films, the results indicate that the core value of Xie Jin＇s films is the emotionalization of political discourse. It then focuses on the Introspection Trilogy, examines the link between individual and history. Finally, it discusses the problems and bias caused by this emotionalized expression.
