Taking the regulatory practice of Shenzhen urban water quality on-line monitoring system, which was operated by third-party, as example, this paper summarized the experience in the aspects of operator qualification, equipment supervision in operation, and the developing and implementing of the regulars of report and daily meeting; in addition, some advices were offered for the defaults in monitoring and supervising work.
