摘要 先进的纳米表征技术有力地推动了对微观物质世界的研究和探索。例如,扫描探针显微分析技术,尤其是扫描隧道显微术(Scanning Tunneling Microscopy, STM)和原子力显微术( Atomic Force Microscopy, AFM)赋予了科研人员在实空间看见Microscopy,AFM)赋予了科研人员在实空间看见原子和分子的能力,逐渐成为在原子和分子尺度对材料结构和性质研究的一种关键实验方法。
