摘要 针对现代战场环境下电子对抗的关键内容———雷达抗干扰性能评估指标体系的构建和约简问题开展研究。分析了复杂电磁战场环境下雷达抗干扰性能指标体系构建原则,讨论了评估指标体系的基本组成。针对原始样本数据的不完备性和不确定性,采用粗糙集理论对原始样本数据进行数据归一化、离散化、属性约简处理,并得到覆盖原始样本特征的最小规则集。最后,以7组雷达抗干扰性能评估指标数据为例进行算法模型验证,实验结果表明,该方法能够有效简化评估指标体系,提高评估实验的可操作性,从而为现代战场环境下雷达抗干扰性能评估提供了新的解决途径。 The construction and reduction of radar anti-jamming capability evaluation (CE) index is the essential step in the modern electronic counter-countermeasures (ECCM) warfare. The principles of CE index construction and basic elements are introduced which considered with the complex electromagnetic environment. According to the uncertainty and imperfection of the original sample data, the rough set was used to preprocess for the normalization of data, the discretization of continuous data and the attribute reduction in order to obtain the minimum feature subset. At last, 7 typical sample sets were used to check the validity and rationality of constructed model. The experiment results show that the proposed method can effectively optimize the index testing process and make the radar ECCM capability evaluation more feasibly and practically.
