摘要
利用Ansoft公司的Serenade软件对设计的宽带Wilkinson功分器模型进行仿真优化,制作了工作于1.5~12.0 GHz的宽带功率分配器,仿真结果和实物测试结果比较接近,并给出了导致偏差出现的几种可能原因。该功率分配器在整个频带范围内具有良好的性能指标:插损≤0.63 dB,隔离度≥15 dB,输入驻波比≤1.52,输出驻波比≤1.5。
By using Serenade software of Ansoft Corp, the designed wide-band Wilkinson power divider was simulated and fabricated, which worked within 1.5 - 12.0 GHz.The simulated results approximately coincide with the measured results. The several probable reasons of the imperfect are provided. This wide-band divider archives a good performance over the whole frequency band with insert loss less than 0.63 dB, isolation more than 15 dB, input VSWR less than 1.52 and output VSWR less than 1.5.
