摘要
高校数字图书馆为学生和科研人员提供多种多样的信息资源和服务,用户满意度是其服务质量的重要衡量指标。从数字图书馆具体服务的角度出发,运用结构方程模型方法研究用户满意度的影响因素以及各影响因素之间的关系。研究发现,信息提供服务、信息检索服务和个性化服务对用户满意度有直接影响;同时各种服务因素之间也存在相互影响的关系。
University digital libraries have provided various information resources and services for students and faculties. The satisfaction degree of users is one of the best indicators for service quality. This study addresses the influencing factors affecting users' satisfaction on university digital library service, as well as the relationships among them. The test of the hypothesized relationships was carried out via structural equation modeling. Our results show that information providing service, information retrieval service and individual service are the direct influencing factors. Meanwhile, there are close interaction relationships among these services.
