摘要
探索一种新的烧伤创面外用抗生素的抗焦痂下感染的能力。方法 :采用 2 0 %Ⅲ度大鼠烫伤感染绿脓杆菌模型 ,创面分组外用 5 %皮维碘乳霜 (含助渗剂Azone氮酮 ) ,10 %皮维碘软膏 ,1%磺胺嘧啶银霜 ,基础霜剂。测量焦痂下组织的细菌数量 ,痂下水肿液及血浆内素含量 ,以及红细胞、白细胞、血小板、血生化检测。结果 :痂下组织细菌定量在烧伤 48h后 ,5 %皮维碘乳霜组比 10 %皮维碘软膏组和 1%磺胺嘧啶银霜少 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,有一定意义 ,明显低于基础霜剂组 (P <0 .0 1) ,差异显著。痂下水肿及血浆内毒素含量用药组低于基础霜剂组 (P <0 .0 5 )。每组大鼠白细胞、红细胞、血小板、血生化检测差异不明显 ,各组均无碘中毒、急性肾功能损害表现。结论 :含有助渗剂Azone的 5 %皮维碘乳霜是一种较理想的烧伤创面外用抗感染药物。
Objective: To explore the possibility of anti-subeschar with externally applied anti-biotics against burn injury. Methods: Rats were divided into four groups: 5% povidone iodine (with Azone) cream (5% PVP-I-Azone cream) group, 10% PVP-I ointment group, 1%silver sulfadiazine cream group and basic cream group. The model of 20% TBSA III degree burns rats infected with Pseudomonas aeruginosa were applied. The quantitative counts of subeschar bacteria endotoxin level in substances were respectively determined. Results: After 48h of treatment, the number of bacteria from subeschar in 5% PVP-I-Azone cream was significantly less than those treated with 10% PVP-I ointment and 1% silver sulfadiazine cream ( P <0.05) and basic cream ( P <0.01), endotoxin level in subeschar tissue fluid and plasma were also significantly less than those treated with basic cream. All index observed kept similarly among the four groups in the rats, which survived 30 days. No toxie reaction was shown in all groups. Conclusions: 5% PVP-I-Azone cream was an ideal anti-infection drug against burn injury.
