牛磺酸防治大鼠急性胃粘膜损伤的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 探讨牛磺酸抗乙醇性胃粘膜损伤的机制。方法 :采用大鼠实验性乙醇急性胃粘膜损伤模型检测胃粘膜局部内皮素 (ET)、胃粘膜血流量 (GMBF)和胃粘膜电位差 (PD)含量。结果 :牛磺酸可明显减轻胃粘膜损伤 ,抑制内皮素释放 ,增加胃粘膜血流量 ,提高电位差。结论 :牛磺酸可明显减轻胃粘膜损伤 ,其机制可能与调节胃粘膜局部ET ,GMBF和GMPD有关。 Objective: To study the protective mechanism of taurine against ethanol induced acute gastric mucosal injury in rats. Methods: The rats model of ethanol induced gastric mucosal injury was used to examine the contents of endothelin, gastric mucosal blood flow (GMBF) and gastric mucosal potential difference (GMPD) in injured gastric mucosa. Results: The taurine could significantly reduced gastric mucosal injury, inhibited the ET release, increase blood flow and potential difference of gastric mucosa. Conclusions: Taurine had protective role against ethanol induced gastric mucosal injury and it's mechanism might related to the regulations release and contents of ET, GMBF and GMPD.<ekeyword><
