摘要
强冲击试验是为了考核验证设备、产品或零部件抗强冲击的能力,这类试验要求的过载量值小到几十到几百个g,大到几千甚至几万个g.近年来,强冲击试验的需求日益增多.本文提出了基于火炮的强冲击试验方法,该方法可以实现1 000 g^20 000 g的强冲击试验.利用该试验方法,在大量分析研究的基础上设计了试验方案,对某航空产品进行了强冲击环境模拟试验,试验测试数据与理论设计完全吻合,验证了该试验方法的正确性和科学性.
Strong impact test is generally used to check the strong impact resistance ability of equipment, products or components. The overload value of this type of test requirements is as small as tens to hundreds of g, or as large as thousands or even tens of thousands of g. In this paper, we proposed an artillery-based strong impact test method which can achieve from 1 000 g to 20 000 g strong impact test. The test project was designed and a strong impact environment simulation test was performed. The experimental data agree exactly with the theoretical design, which validates the correctness of the method. The successful practice of the test method provides technical support and experience accumulation for the related test in the fields of aviation, aerospace, weapons, and other industries.
